I am a physical therapist practicing orthopedics and specialize in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and spine. I've been a physical therapist for over 11 years. I am passionate about working with individuals in creating a personalized care plan to get them back to their desired activity levels. I grew up in New England and settled in Utah to work in outpatient orthopedics and enjoy the numerous outdoor activities Utah has to offer. Personally, I competed in alpine ski racing at the NCAA Division I level at Bates College. I continue my passion for skiing through backcountry skiing and teaching my 2 girls how to ski. I also enjoy mountain biking, rock climbing, trail running and hiking with my wife and yellow lab.
