“Felt very safe and taken care of with Dr. Hatch. Great listener and explained things well. A lot of times I avoid going to doctors because it feels like they rush through, have a couldn’t be bothered attitude and still don’t help with my issue in the end anyways. This doctor & whole office was a pleasant relief; I trust their care for the future.”

I walked out because the wait was so long. Then the person after me did the same thing. They blamed me for checking in 4 minutes late. Such a waste. They couldn't care less about the patient's time.

I literally never write reviews but I was so blown away by what a great Doctor Dr. Hatch is that I felt it necessary to tell others. He was incredibly kind and clearly and thoroughly communicated what was going on to me. Probably the best bedside manner I've ever experienced from a doctor. 10/10 would recommend!

What a waste of time. I booked the appointment 7 weeks in advance. However, because they changed their protocols two weeks prior to my appointment, they simply couldn’t accommodate a simple procedure in office. I was not notified until the day before. I still arrived, thinking as somebody who also works in healthcare that there may be some consideration given how hard it is to get time off. However, the MD never stepped foot in the room and I was only seen by a resident. He couldn’t even be bothered to enter the room and let me know that a simple cortisone injection couldn’t be done, even though it’s the PA that does them now. Such a waste of time and money. Trying to book with this department is comical and frustrating. Nobody gives a damn and nobody will offer an alternative. Not everybody can make an appointment on Tuesday morning from 730am to 11:45am. Maybe you should rethink being healthcare providers.

I was taken back for X-rays before I even finished my paperwork, which was great. Spoke to the Dr. within an hour of walking through the door. Discussed the surgery in length and I left feeling good about my upcoming surgery.

They verified the fluid in my knee or just above my knee. They got it out. For the first time in months I was able to bend my leg 90 degrees. It was a big deal for me. I'm very grateful.

Everyone involved (Dr. Hatch and his colleagues and staff) was careful, attentive, and empathetic. My sincerest thanks to all.
Very fast service, very friendly staff, and very knowledgeable regarding my injury. I’m looking forward to continued care with this provider.

Dr Hatch is a great doctor who takes the time to explain the issues and the solutions to repair my knee. He also answered all my questions. I had a little wait time but that is because he takes the time with each patient. I'd rather have a doctor that takes the time and where I feel heard and taken care of than a doctor that just sees you for 15min and you feel rushed. He's also one of the best orthopaedic doctors. I highly recommend him.
The intake was efficient and was seen by the doctor immediately. Dr. explained what was the cause of the pain in my knee and “walk” me through the needed treatment.
Verified patient
Very organized office and has friendly staff.
Verified patient
Stellar service from check-in through eval. Doctor Hatch heard my concerns, shared the evolving best practice treatment options for my issue. The nurses and techs were excellent, friendly and helpful as well. Highly reccommend.
Love Dr Hatch and his team!
Verified patient
Dr. Hatch listen to my medical issues, I was examine throughly by him and referred to another specialist Dr. Gamdrant ( my original doctor). I extremely happy with that. Dr. Gamdrant is a great specialist who can preformed the type of surgery that I'm in need of, in addition, I am a returning patient of Keck. Let me also state that, I've experienced a negative situation at Keck in past (there was a few bad apples at keck, I believe the hospital addressed those type of problems and it is a great hospital, the doctors, staffs, employees. The medical care that it provides is just Awesome. I give Keck a thumbs ups.

Dr Hatch's office was extremely efficient. There was almost no waiting, even though it was my first visit. I was able to fill out my intake forms as time allowed while I was taken to a waiting room and x rayed. When I met the doctor, he was very clear about my options and his recommendations. He gave me good context for his decision, and answered all of my clarifying questions.
