Elizabeth Blumenfeld, LCSW, LCSW - C, CCTP

Psychotherapist
MD
I work with adults navigating the effects of trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, difficult relationships, and life experiences that can feel overwhelming to process alone. Many clients come to therapy when they feel stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure about how to move forward. With over 13 years of experience, I provide warm, trauma-informed care that is grounded in trust and safety. I also offer ADHD-informed support, helping with focus, organization, emotional regulation and self-understanding. Together we can build coping skills, emphasize strengths, and create space for healing and meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer remote therapy for adults using CBT, ACT, IFS, and motivational interviewing, specializing in women's mental health, mood disorders, domestic violence, sexual assault, trauma, and ADHD. I support clients through stressful event and relationships, helping build insight, coping skills, motivation for change, and stronger boundaries.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

It can be hard to reach out when things feel heavy or stuck. I offer a safe, open-minded space where you can show up as you are. No pressure, no judgement, and a bit of humor when it fits. We'll work at your pace to make sense of what's going on and find a way forward that actually feels doable.
