About Dr. Neil Rosenthal
I graduated from Cornell University Medical College, and then completed residencies in both Internal Medicine and Neurology, the former in Columbia University affiliated hospitals, and the latter at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. I am board certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I am affiliated with both NYU Langone Medical Center and Beth Israel Mount Sinai Hospital. I specialize in general adult neurology. My goal as your physician will be to use my wide expertise in neurology to diagnose, treat, and inform you. In my role as a physician, I value knowledge, being comprehensive and thorough, sound judgment, common sense, honesty, and empathy.
My staff and I look forward to welcoming you to my practice.
SCHEDULING NOTICES:
1. Before we can confirm your appointment, you must provide your insurance company's name and MEMBER ID.
2. If your insurance plan requires referrals, note that our office must confirm receipt of your referral BEFORE we can accept an appointment request.
3. Our office is not wheelchair accessible.
4. 24-hour notice is needed to cancel/reschedule an appointment.
5. Plans NOT accepted are: No-fault (auto injury related), Workers’ Compensation (work injury related), Student Health Plans, Medicaid, and Medicaid affiliated insurance.
6. Upon submitting an appointment request, complete the Intake Registration forms which are sent to you by ZocDoc via a text message link or are accessible on your ZocDoc account.
