Aaron LaTurner

Aaron LaTurner

Psychologist
OH
I’m a licensed psychologist with a PhD in Counseling Psychology, and I’ve been practicing since 2006. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing challenges like depression, anxiety, chronic pain, relationship issues, and life adjustments. I specialize in helping clients understand the intricate connections between thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and both physical and mental health. By exploring these interactions, I help individuals gain insight into how their mental patterns influence their overall well-being and work toward meaningful change. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and an interpersonal approach, I collaborate with clients to identify unhelpful thought patterns, improve coping strategies, and foster healthier relationships. My goal is to empower clients with tools they can use to navigate life’s challenges more effectively, improving both their mental and physical health in the process. As someone who has been married for 25 years and raised three adult children, I understand the importance of building resilience in personal relationships and family dynamics. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing pool, coaching high school wrestling, and engaging in outdoor activities that promote balance and well-being. I’m committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps individuals lead more fulfilling, balanced lives.
