Awesome staff and Doctor. I received a phone call from my Son’s school telling me he fell and hit his head on concrete. Janell the Medical Assistant was so caring and compassionate.She calmed me down and reassured me that things would be okay. Then Aaron came in and the first words out of his mouth were “How is your Son”? From the first staff member I met until the last as I walked out the door were amazing!

Dr. Lozano is great! He took his time with me, going over each and every detail of my medical history. I moved from out of state a few months ago and hoped to find a great Dr. like I had previously. He genuinely cares about his patients. There was no rushing at all, I’m glad I chose him as my PCP.

Dr. Lozano is very thorough and included me in my healthcare. He is fantastic. His Medical Assistant is very kind and down to earth. The woman checking me out was helpful and sweet. However, lady checking patients in was less than nice to me. Hopefully, it was just an off day for her and she isn't always mean. Despite my first impression being her I won't allow her to affect my review. I highly recommend Dr. Lozano.

Office staff were great. I was early for my appointment and was called into the examination room sooner than expected. Doctor saw me soon after. He was very detailed in his questions to me and was engaged with me for thirty minutes, Yet he showed no inclination to hurry us through the examination. I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. Fantastic experience. Well done!
