The atmosphere was very comfortable. Dr. Tusi is easy to talk to. He connects with patients. This was my first time meeting him but it felt like I was seeing him for years. He is professional, knows his craft and relates well with patients. I will recommend him.

The doctor was great, along with the check-in lady. However, three other staff weren’t wearing masks. I know mask rules are hazy for fully vaccinated people in NYC, but I thought this was pretty crazy given that this is a part medical (also part retail) space. Had I not needed the appointment to be today, I would have walked out.
