About Dr. Aarti Mulchandani
Dr. Mulchandani, born and raised in Michigan, received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Michigan. She completed her OB/GYN residency training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Metrohealth Medical Center and was chief resident her final year. She moved to Chicago in 2008 where she has been in private practice and on staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She also serves as a clinical instructor at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Mulchandani is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She resides in Chicago with her husband and daughter.

I wanted to be there early so I arrieved 30 minutes before my appointment. The girl at the front said I didn't need to fill any forms since I had been there before so all I needed to do was wait.
Several minutes later, she said I actually needed to fill them in since it had been a while which I did not mind. My appointment time came and went and I was still waiting!! Finally they called me in, took my measurements and my blood pressure and I thought for sure I would see the doctor then, I was wrong, I sat there for an hour in a freezing room waiting. The whole thing was so frustrating!! I came in at 2:30pm for a 3 pm appointment. I left at 5pm!!

Waited over 2 hours. she was nice but i could tell she wasn’t listening when we discussed issues. I had to repeat myself a few times. i think they overbook appointments so she tries to rush through. she came into talk before the appointment and then told me to change and she would come back in. i sat for 45 mins in the gown waiting. I understand they make money from copays and such, but good god. i was there almost 3.5 hours.
