Wait time is long, but the service was great. I had a nice experience except for the wait time. Doctor Shuchinski was excellent. She listened to my reasons for visiting and tended to them with care. She also referred other doctors to me for further assessments.

As a female, I felt really safe at this mostly-female led (as far as I could see) office. I also felt really heard by all the practitioners I met. The PA who did my blood draw was one of the best (little pain, super swift). Thank goodness places like this exist!

I went in with such a positive attitude and was very hopeful after seeing so many positive reviews. However, Dr.Schushinski was barely in the room and I felt extremely rushed. While she did set me up with referrals I requested, that was my only positive about this experience unfortunately. Dr.Schushinski was very cold toward me and it felt like I was wasting her time, as if she was just trying to leave the room as soon as she came in. I'm glad other people had such positive experiences, but wish I could have seen something else to prepare me for what my experience was because the bedside manner was so poor.

Dr. Shuchinski is a great health care provider and explain in details other treatments that I may need as well as I requested a referral for my allergies. She actually listened to my request and informed me of next steps that I will need to take about my health. The staff was very helpful and was able to provide me with instructions for accessing the portal and scheduling any other appointments that I needed to book.

I had to travel a little further than I wanted from Greenpoint to Downtown Brooklyn but it was very much worth it. All staff from the front desk to the nurse practitioner to the doctor who saw me were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was really happy that they saw me straight away at my appointment time - no waiting whatsoever! And the Doctor was really great to talk to, incredibly thorough and efficient! Highly recommend.

Dr. Shuchinski was amazing! So happy to have established care with her. I was able to get referrals to specialists that the offices had same-day appointments for, so I crossed a lot of things off my list at once. The midwife I saw for my OB appointment was also GREAT. The staff are very friendly, understanding, and competent. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone.
