The Dr. is great, very knowledgeable and understanding. Walks through your experiences as a patient and listens, gives and explains appropriate recommendations. The PA however, was very rude, dismissive and made me feel scrutinized for taking certain medication. The PA should take in appropriate information from patients without judgement, and allow patients and their doctor to discuss the details. I felt uncomfortable before I even got to speak with the Dr. The Dr. is great though.

Office refused to see me without a credit card on file, even though there was no copay required for visit and after offering payment upfront. Office refused to acknowledge privacy and cybersecurity measures adopted by practice in order to maintain my information safe after I expressed previous issues that led to my private information being leaked and resulted in identity theft and fraud. Office refused to continue visit and hung up.

I waited for a 10 minutes to be connected to my provider after my appointment started, and only after 20 minutes of gathering intake into did the clinician's assistant explain that she wasn't the doctor, the doctor I'd been scheduled with was out for the week, and she was going to be connecting me to another video call with another doctor. I waited on that video call link for another 10 minutes, only to be called back by the clinicians assistant and told that they couldn't help me and the doctor wouldn't see me.

I was seen by a PA, not the doctor. I went in for my broken finger, but they didn't have any splints in the office and recommended I buy them for myself. They wrote up a referral to an orthopedist, but the ortho office was unresponsive. Also, the office staff was not that friendly

Messy check in process; had completed the intake form before the visit which the office had not seen and did not want to allow me to see the doctor until I complete it again. Doctor was 30 min late, rushed through the appointment and asked me to come in person for a follow up meeting. Weird intervals of silence during the visit. Doctor was clearly multi-tasking while speaking with me. Total waste of time

i dont like being prescribed stuff without a clear understanding of why im being prescribed it and i feel like this is what is happening here. i got a soft positive test for an autoimmune condition but we didn’t really walk through the possibilities of what that could mean and how i could manage it other than trying things myself. no suggestions just more appointments at this clinic to “check in.”

Absolutely horrible experience. I’ll be reporting this office and Aisha Khayyam to the medical board of NY. I had blood work done after voicing concerns about my liver functionality and told the doctor I was headed international for 6 months. At no point after the blood work did anyone call me to discuss the results. I had a follow up with an endo and he did not tell me anything. I voice my concerns again about my liver and alcohol effecting me differently. He said, “so don’t drink” and rushed me off the phone. I finally was sent my blood work and could clearly see I had a severe issue with my liver. Had I not stopped drinking or developed a comorbidity in Mexico I could die. Still no call. I have been hounding the office on the phone for days. Nurses keep saying there is no issue. Neither the doctor nor the nurses noticed the 8 different indicators on the lab test that were alarming and spelled out. It’s been two weeks since the blood was taken
STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWEFUL OFFICE.
