Verified Patient Reviews
Dr. Kaufman wasn't there, I met with the other doctor on-site who was very polite, patient and thorough. They didn't have a receptionist, so the wait is very long because she was doing the check-ins and observing the patients. Very clean office, easy parking and great service!
It was nice and simple I will be going back for some more check ups. Which I wish was done all in 1 shot but overall they are very nice and helpful.. They explained all the info pretty good .. Can't wait to go back and get all the rest of the work up done .. Thank you..
My original appointment was for 12 pm, but the receptionist called and asked if I could come in at 11 am instead. Despite asking me to move my time, I still waited to be seen until after 12 pm - over an hour wait time in total and no apology was offered for my wasted time. Bedside manner needs a lot of work - he didn't make eye contact with me until the appointment was almost over and frequently interrupted me while I was answering his questions. Not impressed.
Great personality, this the first time I came to this Dr., he's knowledge about is wrk. The office is nice and clean . I would highly recommend this Dr as my primary care Dr
It was my first time I got seen right away. Very attentive and very professional! I will highly recommend him to anyone
They resolved? all my problems
Somehow 5 patients were scheduled for a 7pm appointment. I wasn't seen until almost 930pm! Doctor's bedside manner was ok - I felt a bit rushed when asking my questions however it was understandable he was irritated from the overbooking of appointments.
The wait was due to me being new patient, with paperwork and everything else needed.
Very nice guy. Genuinely cares about the patient. I went in for allergy testing and he ended up catching something else that was going on with my health and I'm very grateful for that. I gave a lower score for the wait time because I got the the office one time for my appointment and the office wasn't even open and I had to wait a while.
Dr. Kaufman and his team were informative and friendly!
This was my first time visiting Dr. Kaufman so I don't how how reliable my rating will be. He was very professional and seemed concerned for my well being. He was also happy to run tests of all different kinds in order to help me nail down what I'm allergic to. There were allergy tests I did right away and then some that require blood work and I'll be seeing him next week.
