Dr. Wong is knowledgeable and have answers for my questions. The clinic is clean, this is the first time for the three of us (my husband, my son and I) can go on the same day, extra plus, they open in Saturday.

The doctor was great. I have no complaints about him. They do not have a good selection of glasses to choose from. And the ones they have are marked up. The receptionist was ok, but the lady who sells you the glasses has no manners and she is the reason I didn’t get any glasses. I saw the way she treated another woman of color and she needs to rethink her career choices. And for her to be Arab or whatever she was she has some nerve. It’s obvious she didn’t want to be there. I will never go back nor will I refer anyone there.

Service was OK. Dr. Wong was not available but the person who saw me was very nice. I did not find any glasses in the shop that I liked so I just went home without any. They upsold me on photos and procedures that were not really needed.

DocZoc, which I use often scheduled me for 5:45. The vision center had me scheduled for 5:40. I approved 4 minutes late (5:49) and they refused to see me saying I was 10 minutes late. No other customers were there. And they said they do not schedule appointments at 5:45. When I showed them my confirmation with the 5:45 time on my phone, they still refused to see me for my appointment and told me to only call to schedule appointments. Because of this, I will never go back. I got stuck in traffic and I was 4 min late without any more customers and they closed an hour later.

I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes late due to traffic and was told that I could not be seen because the doctor was currently with a patient and would then be going to lunch. I asked about the standard 15 minute grace period and was told that the doctor was running behind and so the patient that he is currently with would be another 30 to 40 minutes. So think about that. Regardless, if I would have come 10 minutes earlier that doctor would’ve still been with that previous patient and then off to lunch. Needless to say I was not seen because I was not going to sit around and wait for the doctor to go to lunch and I did not choose to reschedule. Horrible customer service to say the least. ?

All the staff were friendly and personable and Amy in particular was the one who attended to me and explained my insurance benefits and also helped me when I couldn’t fully afford the full amount. The doctor was also very friendly and well mannered. They weren’t super pushy about it upselling but did explain the different benefits of the lenses which I very much appreciated. Overall it was a good experience and I was very grateful they saw on such a short notice and got me taken care of so quickly without rushing unnecessarily.

The front desk staff was kind of friendly but apparently my exam was not actually covered so I had a high copay. Then they automatically tried to order me a years worth of contacts even though it was a new brand and Rx. When I said no, just 6 months, she was very annoyed and said then they wouldn’t ship them to me and I would have to pick them up. I had to insist I did not want the full year multiple times. They then sent me another bill but the breakdown implies that they charged me incorrectly the first time and that I should have been covered.

He was really nice and listened to my concerns about my previous contacts! He made sure that my contacts felt good and said to call back if anything was wrong before placing an order and for sure committing to the contacts. My prescription feels really accurate and I have no complaints.
As for the office, it was very clean and nice. The wait was 20-30ish minutes even with an appointment.

Dr. Wong was ok although I wish he had a warmer personality. As for the office staff, one of the ladies (the older one) could benefit from some customer service training. As a new customer bringing my whole family of six with me, I was expecting a better experience so I could settle on this clinic moving forward. Unfortunately, my family and I didn't feel welcomed, valued, or appreciated. Therefore, I will still be looking elsewhere for a more suitable clinic as I will never again visit Dr. Wong's clinic.

Great experience, the only criticism I have is that they didn’t look at my insurance I provided through zocdoc before the appointment, and I was told it wasn’t accepted once I got to the office. The doctor himself was very fast and friendly though.

Dr. Wong was helpful and efficient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I don’t have much experience going to the eye doctor, and I wish Dr. Wong would have explained what each part of the exam was looking for; however, when I asked, he gave me easy-to-understand answers, and I appreciated his patience.

It was fast. Almost no wait. The front desk person seemed a bit annoyed that we had a soda with us. Something that’s not that strange considering they are in a shopping center. Dr was nice and we were in and out in less than 20 mins.
I am a bit concerned that I was asked for my social security number instead of the benefits number for the insurance.
