“Great straightforward experience with the doctor, but being at this hospital itself was incredibly chaotic. They were switching to a new system -- as in the check-in staff at each station were being trained on the new system in real time with IT people behind them to talk them through it. And since you didn't know who was who, you weren't sure if you were being ignored. It was a big moment to practice patience and deep breathing but what made it uncomfortable were other people in line complaining out loud about the wait (some even getting confrontational with staff) and overall it was a deeply stressful waiting room both in radiology and ortho. BUT -- I say all that and want to affirm that my actual experience with both the nurses in radiology and ortho and the actual doctor were EXCELLENT. Just getting to them itself was quite the journey. Hopefully they work through these issues soon. ”

Very nice, clean office. Friendly staff, not a lot of waiting and X-rays were done immediately. The doctor went over everything and was very sweet, especially when delivering not so great news. His nurse even scheduled my appointment with the surgeon I was advised to see.
