Dr. Alexander Babazadeh is a Board Certified Allergy doctor who joined Medical Arts clinics to serve populations of NYC downtown and uptown locations. He is a highly trained Allergy doctor who completed his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology in CUNY Downstate Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Babazadeh specializes and commonly treats patients with hives (chronic urticaria), eczema (atopic dermatitis) and asthma, food allergies as well as perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever), as well as administering allergy shots.
Dr. Babazadeh is currently accepting new patients, and he is seeing patients from 19 years old onward. His office technology allows patients to do most diagnostics on-site during their first visit. This includes Allergy testing, PFT, spirometry, etc. If needed, depending on the condition, Doctor will do “STAT” / “Wet” (immediate) reading.
At Medical Arts clinics, Dr. Babazadeh works together with a team of Internal Medicine doctors and Pulmonologists who provide the best quality care for our patients. Dr. Babazadeh will refer patients to those specialists if the problem needs to be further investigated.

Friendly staff and doctor. Dr. Babazadeh was amazing at communicating effectively and took his time doing so. Dr. Babazadeh was also great at listening to me and made sure to answer all my questions and I appreciate that! Front desk to the medical assistant were very friendly and treated me with care. I traveled from New Jersey to come here and I’m so glad that I did. 10/10 highly recommend!

Fast. Efficient. Check in kiosks and clear directions. I went to the 110 West 14th office. Dr. B was very succinct and interviewed me very carefully about my allergies and concerns. My appointment for an allergy consultation was a positive experience. The office was easy to find, the medical questionnaire was conveniently administered electronically, and I was seen right at my appointment time. Intake and medical staff were courteous, attentive and professional. I particularly liked being brought in to meet with the doctor for the consult, and actually meeting with a specialist.
