You've done the work. You've read the books, maybe tried therapy, and you can explain your patterns better than most people. And still, one comment, one flare, or one rough morning can send your body into overdrive. You're not doing anything wrong. Insight is a great start, but lasting change usually has to happen in the nervous system too. I work with women navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, chronic pain or illness, health anxiety, grief, and relationship patterns that keep repeating. Many are the capable ones everyone counts on, quietly running on empty and struggling to trust themselves in hard moments. Together, we'll get curious about what's driving your reactions, so you can see the patterns that are hard to spot from the inside. Then we'll build tools to change them, using evidence-based approaches like IFS (parts work), somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation, along with mindfulness and Yoga Nidra. You'll leave sessions with skills you can use when anxiety spikes, your body flares, or conflict gets heated. If you're living with chronic illness, pain, or health anxiety, I take your body seriously. Your symptoms are real, and we'll work with the mind-body connection without ever suggesting it's all in your head. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. You won't be judged or rushed, and I'll be honest with you, always with compassion. My goal is for you to feel steadier, safer in your body, and more like the woman you want to be. The strength you're looking for is already in you, and I'll help you access it. I offer in-person sessions on LA's West Side and virtual sessions throughout California. When you're ready to feel more like yourself, book a visit.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Before your first visit, I'll email you a short set of intake forms that should take about 10 minutes to complete. It helps me understand what's bringing you in so we can use our time well. Sessions are 50 minutes, and my fee is $300. I don't take insurance, but I can send you a superbill to submit to your insurance. Your first session is a conversation. You don't need to have it all figured out or tell me everything at once. We'll talk about what you're going through, what you'd like to feel like, and how I can support you. If you're joining virtually, find a private, comfortable spot. If you're coming in person, I will email you detailed instructions about parking and where my office is located. Come as you are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We usually start by checking in on how you're doing, both what's happening in your life and what's showing up in your body. From there, we follow what feels most alive that day: a pattern that keeps repeating, a hard moment from the week, a symptom flare, or something you've been carrying for a while. We'll talk it through, and we'll also slow down to notice what your body is doing when these things come up. Depending on what you need, we might bring in parts work (IFS), a grounding or breathing practice, or a short guided meditation. Nothing is forced, and you're always in charge of the pace. Before we wrap up, we'll pull together what came up and choose something small to try between sessions, so the work carries into your real life. You don't need to know what to say or have it figured out.

My fee is $300 for a 50-minute session, for both individual and couples therapy.
