Psychologist

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. We all face challenges that can affect our emotional well-being, relationships, and daily life. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, life transitions, or chronic stress, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your unique goals. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 10 years of experience working in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, private practice, outpatient behavioral health, and hospital settings. Throughout my career, I have helped adults, older adults, Veterans, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people living with chronic medical conditions develop practical skills to improve their mental health and overall quality of life. My treatment approach is collaborative and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy should not only help you better understand your experiences but also provide practical tools you can use every day to feel more confident, resilient, and in control. In addition to psychotherapy, I have extensive experience conducting psychological and neuropsychological assessments to help clarify diagnoses and guide treatment planning. I also enjoy mentoring future psychologists through clinical supervision and teaching, reflecting my commitment to providing the highest standard of care. I work with teens, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, chronic illness, women's mental health concerns, relationship issues, mood disorders, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where we work together to help you feel more grounded, build resilience, and create lasting positive change. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward improved emotional health.
