I would absolutely recommend Alice Wong and staff. I actually complimented all of them. The staff was friendly and nice. Something you don’t see anymore unfortunately. They were great communicators and listened to everything I asked. Very refreshing!!

Staff was very nice, René assistant was very helpful and kind, she checked everything and explained to me. It's long waiting between the time they put the drops in my eyes to work, then the Doctor can check eyes. Doctor Wong was sweet, kind, and checked several times all my concerns. It's a big medical center, with coffee/food place downstair I should of get one while I was waiting for drops to work. They also go magazines..... Medical assistant was very helpful and kind too.

The staff was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. Renee was very nice and we had good conversation. She was very attentive and explained the delay in being seen. Dr. Wong was very nice and explained everything she was doing clearly. It was a thorough examination and I left happy with my diagnosis. Highly recommend.

I really liked Dr. Wong. The only issue I had was with the assistant that took me in named Renee. I told her my pronouns but she kept misgendering me and didn’t respect my gender identity.

We went here for an eye exam and contact lens fitting and after the exam was done we were told that because they mostly have older patients we would not be able to get a contact lens fitting there and would have to go to their Poughkeepsie office to do so. The entire appointment took over 3 hours as it seems like we were overbooked and was a total waste of time. We would have gone somewhere else had we known we would have to book a new appointment to get and get an eye exam again to get a contact lens fitting anyways.

My appointment was scheduled at 1:45 but they had me scheduled for 2:00 so I waited longer. Staff were all professional and caring. Not fond of the office set up but the visit was good. I have no complaints.
