An estimated cost was provided at the start of my appointment, so there were so surprises. Dr. Poonawala was friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had such a detailed and thorough explanation of my eye health. The office was very clean, the wait time was very short, and all of the staff was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. All of these things along with Dr. Poonawala's bedside manner, this was a perfect visit!

Fast but she listened well. She also broke down everything so that I could understand well. I loved their Covid precautions! Temp was taken when entering building and my hands had to be washed before I did anything. They also followed precautions for wanting to try on eyewear. Friendly and respectful staff! I loved my visit.
