I utilize cognitive behavioral interventions with a focus on acceptance-based techniques towards the treatment of a variety of diagnoses. I hold a PsyD from Kean University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide effective, compassionate care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

*Initial appointments are 15-minutes as I provide a free 15-minute phone consultation for all new patients to ensure we are a good fit. *Intake appointments are 60 minutes and weekly appointments are 53 minutes *I provide talk therapy and do NOT prescribe medication* Because I work with patients of various age levels, my treatment approach varies. I take into account the age, diagnosis, and treatment goals of each individual I see and formulate an individualized treatment plan. Each person is unique and therefore their treatment must reflect that.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My areas of specialty include mood and anxiety disorders in children, adolescents, and young adults, parent training for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and behavioral difficulties, and support for new or expecting mothers.
