“I was so impressed by Dr. Kim and her whole staff. The woman at the front desk was friendly and responsive. The nurse who took me back to the examination room was prompt, funny, and efficient. Dr. Kim came into the room literally 30 seconds after the nurse told me she'd be right in. The x-ray tech was fast and fun to work with. Dr. Kim was super attentive with great bedside manner. She really listened to me, took extensive notes (which were sent to me via an email link 1.5 hours after my appt ended), and was clear and concise wen giving me her diagnosis and next steps. She also explained to me much more clearly than another doctor I had seen a few months ago why PT would be helpful and specifically recommended a PT near my house. I have no negatives. Everyone at the office was great at their job, extremely efficient, and responsive. I would recommend them highly to anyone. ”
