I had an excellent experience at my recent eye exam appointment. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient from the moment I checked in. The office itself was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, which helped me feel relaxed. My doctor took the time to explain each step of the exam in a clear and reassuring way, making sure all of my questions were answered. I really appreciated the thoroughness and the use of modern technology, which made the exam both smooth and accurate. The entire process was quick without feeling rushed, and I left with a clear understanding of my eye health. Overall, I felt valued as a patient and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality, professional eye care and will be returning for my future visits.

I would highly recommend Dr. Allison! It has been quite some time since I had an eye appointment and the visit was easy and informative! The staff was extremely friendly and before my appointment even began they went over pricing and what my insurance would cover vs what I would pay with co-pay. After my exam they also provided me with pricing options for my contacts which was extremely helpful! Overall great experience.

Horrible. Dr Hansen was not there due to an emergency. I was stuck with another Dr who was unclear about what I needed. She was not very friendly. She was breathing on me during my vision test and her breath was bad. I had to hold my breath while doing my eye test. There was one blonde girl at the counter to check me in who was nice

The staff and optometrist were all very friendly and helpful. The service was quick, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The only issue is they didn't take my insurance even though it says on here that they do, so just make sure to call ahead and make sure they take it. They notified me about the insurance issue before my appointment as well, which was much appreciated.
