About Dr. Amie Adams

Our office is proud to announce that we are now performing retinal screening photos on every patient! These photos allow us to detect issues that might otherwise go unnoticed, all without the need for dilation drops and their associated side effects. Offering this service enables us to provide a more complete and thorough exam for our patients. We also provide discounted exam rates for self-paying patients, which include the fee for the photos. Patients using insurance will have a copay. Additionally, we are available for contact lens fittings and updates for all types of prescriptions. For those being seen for medical concerns, we have a strong network of specialists and surgeons to co-manage your care. Please note that any appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. I earned my Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry and hold a bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College. We look forward to seeing you!

Amie is very professional and knowledgeable. I have an astigmatism in both of my eyes, which sometimes makes contacts difficult. She was very thorough in her examination and I was able to get a better prescription for new contacts that fit comfortably, as well as get new glasses. She also helped my 4 year old daughter with an eye injury. She is great with pediatric patients! Could not recommend her enough!
