She was very kind and patient and apologetic and I wish my insurance was accepted”

I have two insurances Medicare A and B is paid by bc/bs I didn’t see the option to put in secondary insurance. They also asked for credit card info. Which I supplied. So I had to pay out of pocket. I was able to go to the app and found a chat option. She was very nice and understood what happened. Haven’t heard the last word but I know she’s working on it. The dr was great. Our connection not so much!

Doctor knew my injury wasn’t gonna be a good thing to do on a video call, still took visit didn’t get help in anyway didn’t refer me anywhere, give any medication but I was charged for the visit.
