The office refused to see me even though I had an appointment scheduled. They said the doctor had taken their last patient of the day early and I would have to reschedule despite traveling very far for this appointment. This is a very unprofessional location and I believe I was turned away because of my race.

Unprofessional and Lacking Care for Patients
I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment for 4:40 PM for a contact lens exam and even called an hour beforehand to confirm. When I arrived, I was told that the contact lens exam takes an hour, and since they close at 5 PM, they couldn’t proceed with my appointment. This could have easily been communicated to me during the confirmation call, saving me the time and effort of traveling there.
To make matters worse, I asked if the doctor could make an exception given the circumstances, but she showed no concern and declined without any consideration. The lack of professionalism, communication, and care for patients’ time was incredibly disappointing.
I do not recommend this office based on my experience.

I had an excellent first-time visit with my daughter. The experience was smooth from start to finish, largely due to the incredibly friendly and professional staff. They made both my daughter and me feel comfortable and welcomed, The service was top-notch, with thorough explanations. The staff values their patients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a positive eye care experience!

Note that this is a Lenscrafters. That said this place is great - they also offer Optomax so you don't have to get your eyes dilated. I have dry eyes and Dr. Lee was able to prescribe me contact lenses that are great for them.

I've now visited this office over 3x, had countless phone calls, but only just have been able to order my contacts. I ran out of contacts earlier this summer and needed to come in for my annual eye visit and to order a new annual supply. I had my first visit on June 21 - the optometrist avoided eye contact with me for most of the visit, which was pretty strange and kind of rude, and provided some contact lens samples for me to try out. The contact lenses were fine, but I wanted to sample a different brand that I had previously really liked. The office ordered samples but when I came back to try them on, they were the wrong brand. The optometrist would not come in to actually talk to me, but instead communicated her updates through the office staff, which was strange again. They finally reordered the right brand, which I went in to pick up (3rd visit) where the optometrist finally graced me with her presence. Do not waste your time coming to this location (or at least seeing Dr Lee).

Friendly staff, waited for about 15min before the doctor saw me, they did not take my insurance EYEMED and the doctor was unable to come to a diagnosis but was able to rule out allergies and a bacterial infection. A follow up visit was scheduled for a week later and a prescription to help with the symptoms of my possible viral eye infection was provided.

This was my first official eye exam and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The doctor was kind, professional and very clear in communicating everything to me.
The front office staff were so nice and helped me pick out my first pair of glasses!!
The location is super convenient because it’s down the block from my office. Will definitely be back for all other check ups.
