Dr. Anahvia Moody, PhD

Psychologist
SC
I’m Dr. Anahvia Moody, licensed psychologist. I believe in a whole-person approach to mental health, and I am committed to providing evidence-based treatments for anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and trauma related concerns. "Evidence-based" means that the treatment has undergone rigorous testing and found to be consistently effective in alleviating symptoms and improving quality of life. Many of these treatments have been around for decades and are constantly being improved upon. Any treatment is flexible and can be adapted to meet my clients' specific needs and circumstances. In addition to anxiety disorders, I have experience treating problems such as depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, insomnia, nightmares, low self-esteem and negative self-concept, and general life stress. If your primary concern is not anxiety, OCD, or trauma-related, then another therapy practice is better suited to your needs.
