Anxiety Reset Psychotherapy LLC

Services available for South Carolina, Connecticut, and Colorado residents. I believe in a whole-person approach to mental health, and I am committed to providing evidence-based treatments for anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and trauma-related concerns. This includes issues such as generalized anxiety (GAD), social anxiety (social phobia) and other phobias, health anxiety, panic attacks, body dysmorphia, and PTSD. You will be challenged to think, feel, and do things very differently than what you’re used to. I am committed to championing your strengths and challenging you to grow in service of your treatment goals. Cultural humility is integral to my approach to treatment. You are welcome here, whether you have a diagnosable mental health concerns, or if you are seeking help with processing anxiety-related issues directly related to identity and discrimination. This applies to all aspects of diversity. You can discuss these topics in a safe, affirming space. Appointments available on weekends and select weekday evenings. Though I currently focus on anxiety, in the past I have worked with individuals with eating disorders, racial trauma experiences, queer- and transphobia, and with Veterans.
