The office asked for my insurance card which I provided and then sent
me a confirming text reminding me of my appointment.
After driving 45 min. to the appointment I was told my insurance was not accepted.
Really really unprofessional. It wasted an entire morning for me not to mention the tremendous effort entailed in my getting to that appontment.
I would never ever recommend that office.

Dr. Aguirre was informative and patient. I would recommend her as an optometrist.
However, I cannot recommend the office in general. The office doors were locked until after their lunch (1 PM), and patients were waiting in a small hallway while hearing the front desk staff gossip loudly. The front desk staff was rather short and curt with the patients, in between loudly talking about their personal lives.
The initial exam was performed by a technician, in a room where multiple patients were doing their vision tests, which was extremely uncomfortable. Then I had to wait about 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Additionally, the retinal imaging was twice as expensive as any other optometrist I've seen in the city. Then I had to email the office to be sent my prescription, as they forgot to email it to me after my appointment.

I had a great experience starting with the moment I arrived at the office. The staff was warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rocio (front office) was incredible! She helped me figure out my insurance because it is an unusual plan and not easy to decipher. She communicated with my insurance company and figured out my plan and its benefits. She also helped me pick out glasses on a separate visit and was so kind and patient. The whole staff gives off such warm vibes and they work so well together as a cohesive team. My doctor was amazing and clearly communicated any issues that she saw with my eyes and gave me ways to help treat them at home. She was thorough and listened to my concerns. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish and I will 100% continue with this office for all of my eye are needs.
