First time at Seeta. The staff was great, and the woman who performed the preliminary tests was excellent, explaining everything. Dr Wolter was pleasant and explained everything that was going on. He explained the treatment options and the surgery that was needed. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience.
The ease of using the app was great. I was able to get my appointment 3 weeks earlier because they leave days open just for Zocdoc patients. Staff was wonderful. Very kind. The doctor himself, well he was very abrupt, didn’t even listen to my issue and just decided what is wasn’t, what he couldn’t do and after waiting well over an hour and a half he spent an entire 8 minutes with me and that was it. I really got no answers for my pain, just that it wasn’t what I thought it was. He actually said I am not sure why they sent you to me so there is no compassion at all. Can’t speak on anything else because that’s all there was for me.
It was terrible. He said because I am in my 40s I will start to “dry up, my eyes too” and “have you ever seen grandmas with contacts?” I was there to have him look at a stye that my optometrist told me to have him look at. He told me he couldn’t see it and it was just “dry skin”. I can literally feel the bump on my eyelid. I wasn’t there for contacts. He also told me I am too old for lasik surgery, and I didn’t even ask him about it and he doesn’t do lasik surgery. He didn’t help me with my issue, did all kinds of tests I didn’t need, and made me feel uncomfortable about both my age and gender.

Very good Doctor snd staff.

Clearly ran out of patience and was quite abrupt.
Very through exam.

Dr. Wolter is a wonderfully attentive and committed eye doctor. I have seen him for many years and so grateful to be in such good hands.
Verified patient
Fast, friendly and equipment is the best around.

Nice office, quiet. The Dr’s bedside manner was great, he clearly cares about his patients by not rushing to prescribe drops or medication. He was thorough in his examination, even asked me twice to read something because he wanted to make sure the answer that I gave him about a color didn’t mean I have an actual vision issue. He gave me a brief future analysis of how my age and vision will deteriorate, and what to expect in the next decade or so. I like a Dr. who is truthful and likes to educate his patients. Overall, great experience.
Verified patient
wonderful experience, knowledgeable and informative, addressed my reason for my visit and more. I would recommend this doctor to my family and friends

Had a great experience with this doctor he was very patient and discussed all the options. He explained the test and took his time with us. Very Nice doctor and we were seen in a timely manner! Highly recommend him!
Verified patient
Having an annual eye exam is not usually "enjoyable." But this office, the staff and the doctor were all unexpectedly nice, polite, thorough - really great! I will never go anyplace else for my eye care!
Verified patient
This was my initial visit. I was immediately put at ease the moment I entered the Office. Everyone was knowledgeable about their job. They took the time to listen & explain everything to me. I am scheduled for a second ... follow up visit. I have no trepidations.

Great doctor

This doctor was the best eye doctor I have ever seen. He thoroughly explained things to me about cataracts and glaucoma and my risks and my eye health. He really took the time to explain to me as much as I wanted to hear. He seems to be an enthusiastic teacher and that he really likes to connect to the patient and explain things to them in a way that they understand. He also was very interested in what capacity I need my glasses and what kind of job I have and all of that. I highly recommend him as a very capable professional with great bedside manner!?

Denise, at the front desk, could not have been more helpful or more professional. She was great. As for Dr. Wolter, he was so helpful and knowledgeable about what I thought I had, to what I actually had. He walked me through the whole process and what needed to be done in order for it to heal. I highly recommend Dr. Wolter and his office. They are amazing at what they do.

Would recommend asking ahead about the number of patients. My appointment was scheduled for 930am and I didn’t leave until 1130am. Most of this was time spent waiting, so I would have chosen another time/day.
I would definitely go back DEE a staff member was so on point and a great communicator she belongs in this profession I wish she was the Dr. Dr. Wolter was very professional but yet a typical DR. "IMPRESSED WITH HIMSELF" BUT confusing and not willing to explain
Verified patient
Staff is friendly and professional. The office is cleaned and sanitized. Very conscientious of ensuring chairs/machines are disinfected after each patient. Dr. Wolters is through and takes time to explain tests results. I would definitely recommend him.
Verified patient
Was very honest
One of the best medical experiences I've ever had. Facility is brand new with all state of the art equipment. All staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and all COVID safety protocols were in place. Dr Wolter is fantastic - patient, knowledgable, thorough - really went above and beyond.
INFORMATIVE
Dr. Wolter's staff are very professional. They screen you for a temperature at the door due to Covid 19. They have everyone spaced 6 feet apart and sterilize the seat as soon as you get off the seat. The Cataract surgeries went off perfectly and the patient now sees 20/20.
