About Dr. Anjali Shah Patel

Undergraduate Education: University of Florida; B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition. Optometry School: Pennsylvania College of Optometry; Class of 2018. Professional Achievements and Associations: AOA; FOA. Clinical Certifications and Specialties: Advanced Studies in Contact Lens Certification; Professional Practice Honors Recognition in all 4th year Rotations. The reason I became an optometrist is: because I'm near-sighted myself, so from an early age I knew the importance of having my eyes checked regularly. My favorite part of helping my patients is: using my skills and knowledge to explain how their eyes are doing vision and health wise in a way that is easy for them to understand :) In my spare time, I enjoy: Spending time with my husband and my husky, Czar. I also enjoy traveling and finding the best pizza spots!
