The doctor herself was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and gave me clear directions on my next steps. The support staff on the other hand, not so much. When I informed them of my price range for frames, they went well above that, and after rejecting several that were well above my range, they walked away from me and ignored me until I was ready to check out.
