About Dr. Ann Patel

Dr. Patel received her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in State College Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, she moved south to Fort Lauderdale where she attended Nova Southeastern University and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree. Her post-graduate training included a residency in Primary Care at Suny College of Optometry in New York, New York. Prior to moving back to the Tampa area, Dr. Patel worked in retail and medical based optometric clinics. Dr. Patel is trained in the medical management of ocular disease and treats patients in our Ruskin and Sun City Center clinics.
