Professional Achievements and Associations: American Optometric Association; Ohio Optometric association. The reason I became an optometrist is: I have had an appreciation for vision and the eye from a young age. Even as a child, I would try to walk around the house with my eyes closed just to find out if I could get around. The eye is a very complex and beautiful system. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Seeing their joy and appreciation when they have clear vision. In my spare time, I enjoy: Family and friends, pets, live music performance, travel, gardening.
