As soon as I walked in, I was greeted so kindly. I immediately felt comfortable being there. I wish I remembered names, however, the two ladys behind the front desk were as friendly as could be. The conversations we had were so personable and genuine in terms of getting to know each other a little bit more than just as a patient. Dr. B (don’t want to misspell his name) was professional and kind; made me feel at ease going through the exam as I was quite anxious not knowing what my results were going to be. This was the best experience at an optometrist office. Highly recommend.

Everyone in this office was very kind- from the receptionist, to the doctor, to the expert upstairs handling the insurance and the glasses!
The doctor walked me through every step of the appointment, stopping to ask if I had any questions. Everyone was very patient and explained everything well! I will definitely be returning next year for my yearly.

Friendly staff and very professional. Dr. Bistodeau was great throughout the whole eye exam. Jordan (office manager) had my appointment ready when I came in and explained the fees clearly. Megan (optical manager) was awesome and really explained all of my options when it came to glasses.
The staff walked me through my entire appointment and I felt comfortable to ask questions. No surprises in fees or costs as they explained everything thoroughly… all around great staff.

Dr. Bistodeau was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained every test and result in layman’s terms-person’s terms and conducted the appointment efficiently, without it feeling rushed. The rest of his staff, especially Megan, were friendly and equally as helpful.

This was a fabulous and easy visit. The whole staff was a 10/10 and I would recommend. The office was clean, cute decor, very timely, and I felt very at ease throughout my appointment. Things that stood out included the clear concise information given by the provider, the flexibility in making decisions on my care, the ease of obtaining prescriptions, and the variety of frame options and expertise of staff. During the visit, doc met me at the front desk and escorted me out of the visit. Being in healthcare myself, I know not every provider has that time but this office makes you the top priority. Would recommend!

I recently had the best experience with Dr. Anthony Bistodeau. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the office was clean and modern. Dr. Bistodeau was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The selection of frames was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. It was the best experience I’ve had at an optometrist appointment, and it was the first time I walked out feeling glad I went. I highly recommend Dr. Bistodeau for anyone in need of eye care.

Everything at the office was beyond lovely, one of the most pleasant medical appointments I’ve ever had. Dr. Bistodeau was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The receptionist was wonderful and explained my insurance coverage very clearly. And the optometrist was super helpful in finding me some good looking frames and explaining the different lens options. 15/10

Dr. Anthony was fantastic, that was the smoothest and easiest routine vision appointment I’ve had in years. Plus, since they are a small business, they get better rebates with regard to purchase of contact lenses and I was able to save hundreds. Great experience and I will definitely be returning!

This office is super convenient right off Broadway and the doctor and staff are so nice! My exam was thorough and quick and afterwards I had the option to go shop for glasses right upstairs if I wanted to. Definitely will be back next time I need my eyes checked out!
