Dr. Anuradha Kottapalli spent 27 years in practice at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation after graduating from Deccan College of Medical Sciences with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree, and completing her residency at Wayne State University in Michigan. With over thirty years of experience in medicine, she’s passionate about empowering patients and providing person-first, holistic, and preventive care.
As a primary care physician, she is passionate about preventive care and believes that health is not a single choice you make once a year but rather a lifelong journey. She believes that empowering her patients to make incremental improvements in their exercise, sleep, and stress management can make a big difference when it comes to their health.
