About Dr. Ariana Azzoli

Dr. Ariana Azzoli is a board certified Optometrist and proud Rhode Island native. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science and then completed her Doctorate of Optometry with Clinical Honors at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts in 2022. During her education, she completed clinical rotations at the Providence VA Hospital, University of Virginia Hospital, Lynn Community Health Center, Eye Consultants of Colorado, and other various community health centers throughout Boston. She has published research and presented findings with the American Public Health Association, including her work studying the relationship between mental health and ocular diseases and disparities amongst informal caregivers in the US. Additionally, she is a member of the American Optometric Association and Rhode Island Optometric Association, which demonstrates her commitment to staying up to date with the latest developments in optometry. Dr. Azzoli is passionate about providing excellent primary eye care to her local community! She specializes in comprehensive eye examinations, including diabetic eye exams, specialty contact lenses, glaucoma, dry eye disease, macular degeneration and emergency eye care. When not looking at eyes, Dr. Azzoli enjoys hiking in National Parks, cooking new recipes, collecting art, and adding to her growing assortment of plants!
