Dr. Ashley Nguyen received her Doctor of Optometry and Master of Science degrees from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Prior to optometry school, she graduated as an honors scholar with distinction with her Bachelor of Science from Baylor University. During her time at UHCO, Dr. Nguyen was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society and received the Silver medal award for the highest GPA in her graduating class.
Dr. Nguyen has undergone training to manage patients with ocular conditions such as glaucoma, diabetes, macular degeneration, dry eyes, keratoconus, eye infections. She has a passion for challenging-to-fit contact lenses, including sclerals, RGPs, multifocals, and contacts for myopia management. She is a member of the Texas Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and the Scleral Lens Society.
She currently lives in Houston, TX and enjoys hanging out with her dog and traveling. She looks forward to providing quality eye care to members of The Woodlands and Spring communities.

From the moment I arrived the ladies in the front were bubbly and welcoming.
Dr. Nguyen was awesome as well! She reviewed my exams, diagnosed me and got my prescription within minutes after arriving.
Kate assisted me in selecting a pair of glasses, she was very patient. They have a ton of options to choose from, I never thought I’d be excited to pick glasses out.
