I set the appointment for 9:40am, the office called and asked if I could switch it to 8:40am. I showed up at 8:40am and didn't get called into the exam room until 10:10am. My appointment was completed at 10:25am. The doctor apologized and stated that she didn't realize how late she was running to work until she looked at her clock at 8:50am. The exam itself was fine but I've never had to wait so long in the reception area for an appointment before.

I was sent 3 text messages and a voicemail confirming that I would see Dr. Branch at a different location. However, I never actually saw Dr. Branch. I ended up seeing Dr. Wu, who was professional and thorough, and took the time to explain until I understood. The wait was almost 30 minutes for my follow-up after being called.

Really nice office. They see a lot of patients so there was a bit of a delay since my appointment was in the evening. Felt comfortable in the office and with the doctor.

Feminine healthcare is not always pleasant, but Dr. Branch and her team made it so! They were kind, empathetic, willing to answer all questions, and knowledgeable. My exam time and blood work were painless. Great bed side manner. Undivided attention during my time with doctor! 10/10 recommend this office and Dr. Branch. They value you and the care you receive!

I requested a physical annual appointment. I called to confirm it. And when I got there, they said it was only OBGYN. They made me waste a day off for nothing. And they blamed it on me, saying that they didn't understand ME. I know exactly what I booked, I did not book an OBGYN annual. I just hope not to see any changes for this, since I received no service, only wasted my time.
