I respect the courage it takes to seek help and will provide you with a safe place and an active listener, providing feedback and a structured setting with a plan and goals that are established by you. I will clearly explain how the therapy process works, confidentiality, and what to expect in future sessions.You take the lead to share at your own comfort level without pressure to disclose private information and what areas are important for you to discuss to address.
