He completed his residency training at Montefiore Einstein Medical Center in the Bronx. After residency, Dr. Levens completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Medstar Health Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD. There he had the unique opportunity to work with professional and collegiate sports teams including the Baltimore Ravens, Towson University and Morgan State University. As a physician, Dr. Levens believes in collaborative patient care. His approach focuses on finding the source of a patient's problem and working with them to determine the next steps and a solution that works best for them. Dr. Levens believes the most important aspect of a patient's visit is that the patient leaves feeling that their problem was thoroughly managed, with an understanding of their problem and a knowledge of how to best move forward in a way they are comfortable with.
