Dr. Katzman graduated from the University Of Redlands with a Bachelor in Biology. In 1981, he graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. His residency in foot surgery was performed at Woodruff-Gables Hospital in Bellflower, California. Dr. Katzman is dual Board Certified in both Podiatric Surgery and Podiatric Orthopedics. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American College of Podiatric Orthopedics. He has been Chairman of Podiatry at San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland and Past President of the Inland Chapter of the California Podiatric Medical Association. He is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Katzman is a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the State of California and performs peer reviews for several insurance carriers.
