Dr. Kramer is a board-certified ophthalmologist dedicated to knowing his patients by name and to providing each with world-class care. He splits his time between our Sioux Falls, Alexandria, and South Sioux City clinics.
Dr. Brent Kramer is a fellowship-trained eye surgeon who specializes in cataract, cornea, and complex anterior segment surgery. During medical school at the University of Iowa, he was invited to participate in the research distinction track, an opportunity that grew Dr. Kramer’s belief in and dedication to medical advancements.

Brent and his wife, Shanna, devote most of their attention to their son, but when time allows, Brent is a tried-and-true Minnesota sports enthusiast who likes to get outside to do almost anything. He also enjoys pheasant hunting with his Vizsla.
