What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is to provide a space that feels comfortable and safe to be vulnerable. Therapy is meant to be a place where you get to grow into your authentic and genuine self. You can imagine that I am the one holding your map, but you are the guide and you get to choose the path to your growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have been trained to work with patients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and adjustment to either new health diagnosis or progression and management of a chronic condition. Additionally, I work with patients who have addiction and trauma concerns.
