About Dr. Brian Eveland

Brian Eveland, O.D. earned his Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, graduating with Honors. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Professions from Northwestern College of Iowa. Since 1990, Dr. Eveland has been a valued member of Family Eyecare, seeing patients at the Camdenton, Lake Ozark, Osage Beach, and Laurie locations. He specializes in contact lenses and medical eye care and has served as a principal investigator in numerous contact lens and solution studies. Dr. Eveland is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the Missouri Optometric Association, and the Heart of America Contact Lens Society. He also contributes to the profession as an adjunct Assistant Professor at both the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry and Southern College of Optometry. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Eveland and his wife, Nancy, are proud parents of two children, Luke and Emily. When not treating patients, he enjoys coaching, participating in Rotary and church activities, and pursuing hobbies such as boating, basketball, biking, skiing, and SCUBA diving.
