About Dr. Brian Rogers

Dr. Rogers has been practicing at the highest level of optometric care in Nashville, Tennessee since 2015. He was raised on on a small farm in a southern Kentucky (an education in its own right), graduated Magna Cum Laude with a dual degree in Biology and Philosophy from Western Kentucky University. He continued his education at Indiana University and completed externships in a private ophthalmology practice setting, Veterans Affairs hospital, and Fort Knox military base, graduating in 2014. He then practiced in Lexington, Kentucky until a position for a mobile pediatric optometrist became available in Nashville in 2015. In this paradigm, he demonstrated a passion for treating underserved communities in Tennessee. However, as it is unfortunately the case, these practice modalities are difficult to sustain and he began working again with a corporate optometric facility. There again, he discovered the challenges faced when trying to merge corporate interests with patient care. So in 2017, he parted ways with corporate interests and forged a new path and started Resolution Eye Care.
