No hate but given I had an appointment and was there for over 90 minutes I couldn’t possibly have enjoyed the experience and felt no sympathy for keeping me for a ridiculous amount of time.

Everyone was super helpful and nice! I didn’t have to wait long at all and there were plenty of amazing options for a reasonable price. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and comforting the whole time. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new eye doctor!

The visit was short and sweat. After completing checkin paperwork had to do a test twice, as I am not sure the lady doing it the first time was the right person to donut. Secondly time was the charm. Someone else did and then I saw the doctor. He wa Avery straight forward, didn’t listen much to what I had to say and according to him there was not much he could do so I was referred to Boscom Eye institute which is world class eye care center in Miami. I went to their ER which took me in fairly quickly and addressed most of my concerns. Had a follow-up appointment and luckily I am on my way to recovery.

Office person taking payments was not very friendly seemed a little cold or maybe she was uncomfortable because I was black Dr was friendly but he kept saying you know black race have a-lot of Glcissues and very expensive with my insurance-

I cannot recommend Pearle Vision and Dr. Bruce Fleischer highly enough! As a veterinarian, I understand the importance of client communication, thorough examinations, and bedside manner—and Dr. Fleischer and his team exceeded every expectation.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the office. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish.
Dr. Fleischer provided the most thorough and comprehensive ophthalmic exam I have ever had. They were all very nice and attentive, but a bit overwhelming. I felt quite pressured into buying frames that I wasn’t ready for. My only goal and intent for the visit was for a medical check for pain in my eye and an eye exam I did not need was given to me without my permission. I could have given them my prescription if they really wanted to sell me some glasses… I also did not feel like I had room to think about any decisions I could make. Everything was very fast paced and overwhelming. However I can tell that the doctor is very knowledgeable and I appreciate how he tried to accommodate me. But at the end of the day I went in for a medical not to buy an expensive pair of glasses that I’m not in a position to purchase. And I would have appreciated they hadn’t taken my eye exam like that if it had nothing to do with making sure the inside of my eye was okay.
