About Dr. Bruce Krawiecki

Bruce A. Krawiecki, OD, has the honor of being the longest-serving member of Dr. Mann's medical team in Humble. As a certified therapeutic optometrist, Dr. Krawiecki joined the practice in 1987. He works closely with Mann Eye Institute's surgeons and specialists, particularly in the pre- and post-operative care of LASIK laser vision correction patients and in the diagnosis and care of cataract patients. Dr. Krawiecki performs dilated eye examinations for glasses and contacts and takes a special interest in treating difficult-to-fit contact lens patients. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston's College of Optometry in 1985 and holds a Bachelor's degree from Bemidji State University. Dr. Krawiecki is a featured lecturer for continuing education seminars. He served as the 1997 President of the Harris County Optometric Society and is an active member of numerous national and state optometry organizations.
