I went to 2 other eye docs who misdiagnosed me but he figured out what was wrong and he fixed it!! Excellent doctor! Ignore the fancy doctor offices and go to someone who knows their stuff!! I will never go to another ophthalmologist again!! Very knowledgeable!

Dr. Jeffreys is a quiet man. He is always thorough, kind, and generous with his time when I take mother in. Mother is 92 this time. He found the beginnings of macular degeneration where we were able to have it treated and arrested. Thank you, again Dr. Jeffries.

Dr. Jeffries is an extreme, competent, professional eye doctor. The only dislike I had, was he told me that it would take 30 minutes for my eyes to dialate. I was waiting a little over an hour. He did apologize forit taking longer than usual, because, while I was waiting, he was seeing another patient.

Dr. Jeffries is obviously a very well educated professional, but he lacks personality and didn't interact with us at all during our visit. If he were more personable, I would definitely consider going back to see him again.

Dr. Jefferies is friendly, and explains everything he's doing and looking for during the eye exam. During the eye test, he's thorough and tries to help you find the clearest options. His staff are friendly and professional as well. As longas I'm living in the Marietta/Smyrna area, I'll be going back to Dr. Jefferies for any future eye-related concerns.

Not fit for children. I took my 9 yr old for his first ever eye doctor visit because he had some redness in eyes. The doctor checked his vision too and found he needed prescription glasses. He then put the dropthat stings the eye (the one they put for further testing and dilation). My son wasn't prepared and started crying. This doctor instead of understanding this child's situation started saying things like this is not normal for a child of his age, he is behaving like a 2 yr old. My son was so scared with the sting (it was something he never got done before) & the doc didn't prep him enough. I walked out of the clinic - more because of the doc's attitude. 2 weeks later I took him to another child specialist and guess what the same drop was used but the doc handled him so well - my son didn't cry and cooperated like a man! So no this doc is not meant to treat children- it was my mistake that I took him.

He was knowledgible and competent with no 'bedside' manner whatsoever. It is upon the patient to establish report and communication. He seems to not comprehend that some of the procedures toward diagnosis are quite painful to the patient. He explained that the sooner I could cooperate with the pain the sooner it would be over. :( I felt that my suffering was an inconvenience to him and his schedule.
