“As noted by other reviewers, this office and Dr. Hays are top notch. Being a new patient when I arrived for my appointment the front desk knew my name. The examination room(s) and/or equipment are high tech. Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. Dr. Hays was very thorough, and she listened to my concerns. I didn't feel rush and everyone in the office was very inviting. I wanted some new glasses, and the optician guided me through the process pointing me to some frames she thought I would like, and she was spot on. Again, everything was awesome, and I cannot say enough about this office and staff. ”

About Dr. Carli Hays
Dr. Carli Hays received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Science at Missouri State University in Springfield and then her Doctor of Optometry degree from University of Missouri – St. Louis College of Optometry. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Good-Life Award for excellence in pediatric care, and the Missouri Optometric Foundation Private Practice Award. She was an officer for the Missouri Optometric Student Association, National Optometric Association, and St. Louis Optometric Society. She is trained to diagnose and manage ocular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, cataracts, and glaucoma. She completed her disease-based clinical rotation at the Kansas City VA Hospital. She completed other clinical rotations at Resler-Kerber Optometry and Galanis Cataract and Laser Center. Other clinical interests of hers include fitting of multi-focal contact lenses, dry eye disease, and myopia control.
Dr. Hays grew up in Kirksville, MO and now resides in the St. Louis area. In her free time, she enjoys running, spending time with family, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.

From the time we arrived everyone was friendly. Dr. Carli Hays was a good listener and very knowledgeable. I needed medication and she had it available. This was very convenient. I would recommend Dr. Carli and her staff to friends and family.
