Dr. Carol M. Fischer is an obstetrics and gynecology physician and surgeon dedicated to caring for women through all phases of life—from adolescence and the reproductive years to menopause and beyond. Her philosophy is grounded in education and empowering patients with knowledge. Dr. Fischer earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University, where she also completed her bachelor's degree. She completed both her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center.

I arrived 20 min before my 9:30 am appointment to fill out any paperwork that was needed ahead of my appointment time which I was done with at 9:20-9:25 am . Waited to be taken back for 40 minutes in lobby . Once in room at 10:10 am I was told to get in gown and Dr Fischer would be in shortly . I waited another 30 minutes or so in room and honestly was getting ready to get dressed and leave when she walked in . Pap and breast exam was literally 5 minutes and she was throwing away the gloves and she was out the door with no questions answered or asked if I had any concerns, questions. I was hoping to talk to her about HRT but honestly didn’t get a chance because she was out the door. I called back to ask if I could email her about HRT and they said “ohhh no that’s a CONSULT APPOINTMENT “ so I had to make a separate appointment for that which I’m probably gonna cancel. I’ve never in my life had an annual pap appointment like this .

Awesome Staff! Kim at the front desk is by far the most professional, patient registrar and has amazing communication skills. The nurse Lisa who took care of me was very attentive and is a great listener. Dr Fisher has such an excellent bedside manner and made me very comfortable. Having both an office with A+ staff AND provider are diamonds in the rough!

Dr. Fischer was FANTASTIC! She was very polite, very thorough, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I have never visited an OB/GYN before today, so for it being my first visit, I was feeling pretty nervous. I had nothing to be worried about coming to this office. All of the staff were extremely polite, and I felt so calm through the entirety of my visit. I would 100% recommend Dr. Fischer to anyone looking for a great OB/GYN!

Dr Fischer is a great listener. My visit was for menopause. I have been taking some great courses to learn as much as possible so I was pretty informed before going to see her. I was pleasantly surprised how much she knew regarding all I had learned through my study. Really was a great experience doctor was very knowledgeable !!!
