“I have followed Dr. Schulte at several practices because I appreciate how thorough she is with explaining what she’s looking for and why, and what things change with age.
I do not appreciate that the clinic automatically pulls an authorization for glasses on my insurance, so when I go to another place for glasses, they always have to call back and ask to have the authorization released. It’s happened several times to me and it annoys me every time.”
